Refund Policy

All sales of 121recharge.com are final with no refund or exchange permitted. The user is responsible for all charges that result from purchases on the Mobile Number, Data Card or DTH account number. 121recharge.com is not accountable procuring recharge for a DTH account number or an incorrect Mobile Number. However, you may raise a ticket if a recharge is not delivered to you within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction and money has been charged to your card or bank account. 121recharge.com shall investigate the incident.

If it is found that money was charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge, you will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your ticket via same source.
